Use a comparison site - it will give you some idea who does this type on insurance. ie Go compare/moneysupermarket or you can use a insurance website

If you havent already, try Nationwide. At least you can do this on line.Your likely only to get the basic account,(Flex basic) its fully functional and come with a debit card

Perhaps i am reading this wrong - but you say your IVA ends 20/April/2016 - is this you last payment ????, if so,your IVA is still active until they issue a completion certificate and there will be a restriction on your home

To get a CCJ removed - you would have to have good reason - it would cost money and it has to be done through the court systems - there is a separate register for CCJs

The CCJ will remain - until 6 years after it is added. The IVA does not take over the CCJ - but prevents it being enforced as the debt is included

No in a word - although complete your IVA and defaults will remain there for six years - so getting finanical product may be problematic.
Dont forget a credit rating - is just that, its meaningless - each lender will set their own lending criteria.

Sorry Lisa - I wasnt challenging you - its just what i have read.

How easy is it for a IVA company to stop a CCJ being applied for ? - i also suppose this has to be done in a certain time frame ??
