you are right in your last comment it is a journey, the frustrating thing for me was that once I had finished my IVA debt free direct were shocking with aftercare, they sent me no infomation about the next steps to take all the who, where, what questions. it was simply we no longer represent you so ...

Well good news Equifax have updated my report so hopefully now I should have no more dramas (fingers crossed). Again thank you to everyone who took the time to reply it really was a massive help.

They seem to be the worse for sure, it's annoying because there actions / mistakes have such a knock on affect for people and they dont care. And who's bringing these companies to task

Now would I be right in thinking this is what has lead to me being refused my dedit card and its needs to be removed from my CR. any advise pleeeeeease
