I may be wrong, but your IP can/should deal with this from now on. Just send all the paperwork to him/her.

It is not impossible for your partner and his IP to work things out and come to an agreement.

99% sure that the money will be treated as a winfall so will go to your creditors.

Your IP will usually write to you 7 days before the review and ask for 3 banks statements, 3 wage slips and sometimes your P60.
