Reason I thought it was a bad thing was because it is the only thing on the report showing any trace of the iva(except NOC). Everything else has gone. If it wasnt there how would anyone know i'd ever even been in a...

Well after nearly 17 months of hassle with GT I finally received my completion certificate. Right, bring on the next headache. I have applied for copies of my statutory credit report from Equifax, Experian and Callcredit. I have one back so far........ Equifax - First problem, one of my creditors in...

Exactly my thoughts. Also means its even more damaging when useless companies like Grant Thornton take 16months and counting to complete closure !!

I paid my final iva payment back in Jan 2012. Grant Thornton have been messing me about and i still don't have my completion certificate. My question is will this effect how long the iva stays on my credit file ? It's already over 6 yrs now but i'm guessing it will still be on there as GT have still...

I have received the following email. My interpretation of it is, they have been stalling all this time whilst they decided how they are going to go about things. Basically nothing has been done regarding closure while they decide and the have just been fobbing me off the whole time. This is the firs...

Gt lie end of ! Whatever is or isnt happening behind the scenes, everyone is just given the same generic response when prompted. No other business would behave in the manner they do and its because it seems we are powerless to do anything about it. I will request the complaints proceedure, but no do...

Every single time i ring them i can overhear other phone conversations in the background and it is always a complaint. More often than not its regarding closures. My friend is experiencing exactly the same issues as me regarding closure what are the odds of that if the level of complaints are low ??

I really am reaching the end of my tether with Grant Thornton. I paid my final IVA payment Jan 2012. I was originally told it would take UP TO 6 months to complete the closure process. 6 months came and went with no contact made by GT. When i contacted them, they said sometimes can take longer. They...
