Like your meat as much as we do but hate paying silly prices at the supermarket well heres my tip at our local farm I pay £90 for a whole lamb includimng Offal and i generally geta a 45KG lamb which works out a £2 a KG work it out for yourself I can have it fully butchered or we usually do it ourse...

No Cheque book or overdraught but they have been great with us
