I have literally just been phoned by Karol, who actually sounds helpful. She has told me what is going to happen and an approximation of when I can expect my CC.
All I can say is watch this space, I will let you know if it happens.

Already emailed karol and it wont be the first time. Im not going to hold my breath waiting for a reply. And when it finally comes it will be generic brush off spiel as usual. The only thing that will have changed will be that I will have been waiting longer.

There must be some action that people can take against them as they are literally ruining peoples lives. Action that can avoid having to contact Grant Thornton. Ive emailed them again and I expect to wait 10 working days before I get my reply which will be generic.

8 months later still no closure. As of April 30th it no longer exists on my credit file as it will be 6 years. Cant contact GT Closures as they have no phones, which contravenes health and safety in an office. Can only use emails which take the maximum of 10 working days for a reply which is robotic...

I have always deliberately asked for ppi's so I have never been missold one. GT know this but ignore me anyway. Release of a statement like that of GT and Karol (I include them as a single entity because they are, she is paid to be on this forum not doing it for love) did last year will be more prom...

GT and Karol are complete liars. Still we have non of the improvements promised last May and we never will. It was anothrr GT fob off. I have been waiting over 6 months and reported them to the FSO. I sudgest you do the same. It has nothing to do with VAT and everything to do with PPI. EVEN THOUGH I...
