Already emailed karol and it wont be the first time. Im not going to hold my breath waiting for a reply. And when it finally comes it will be generic brush off spiel as usual. The only thing that will have changed will be that I will have been waiting longer.

8 months later still no closure. As of April 30th it no longer exists on my credit file as it will be 6 years.
