Hi all

So im two months into my IVA

I have a letter from red castle recoveries..

they want me to contact them about payment

am I ment to ignore all these types of letters??

I thought all these were ment to stop?

yes melanie I mean food and rent take up pretty much two thirds of my wages........ if we didnt get tax credits and child benefit we would be on the streets im a hard working delivery postman fed up with working for nought. But lucky to be in a IVA so at least will be debt free in 5 years.... hopefu...

I certainly will im in shock at how quickly costs have risen especially fuel, food and utility bills..

there is 6 of us my postman wage and tax credits still dont give us much.

why does the cost of living have to be so high here??

emptyspace I had no help when I phoned cccs or whatever they are called now...they said call my IP lol.

well gettingthere im gonna include EVERYTHING in the budget this time I missed loads out in the original income and expenditure

Hi Paul well we now have extra income, But we left so many things out of our original expenditure sheet which left us to cut back on so much, and things were tight. Hello everyone I have been looking for the CCCS Budget Guidelines 2013 But I cannot find them I only found CCCS Budget Guidelines 2011, is that their latest?? I have to fill in a new income and expenditure sheet and want to get it right on the money and have the guidelines in front of me. Thanks guys

Oh dear hope little one pops out soon :-)

ours is due 20th March

Yes our maternity is different as instead of a cut in wages we are actually getting more as my wife has no income.

I was just hoping to find someone in a similar situation to see what happens. :-)

Good luck, we make our first payment on 15th Feb. We had a problem on the first meeting no one turned up. Had to have a second meeting but all ok. I think we pay 10p in the pound pretty low im guessing. We made the decision to do this last october and it really is the best one we made big weight off...

I am hoping there is someone on here with a similar experience to mine regarding maternity pay.
