we are having the same problem as you. Completed iva 3 years ago but only got CC last May have a good £30k deposit but struggling to get a mortgage for a £125k house.

yes signed letter agreeing to new conditions before we received and ppi payment all payment went to GT and we are awaiting interest. The PPI payment went after signing the letter

Good new today at last after waiting 17 month for closure. We should have CC by the end of May at the very latest.

Hi can someone please tell me the different stages of Closure for a IVA.
I know my case is in closure but know idea as to whick part it fall as not had any infoemation on the closure stage

Well on the 10th of April it will be 17 month since are final payment to our IVA 6 months since it entered closure with GT. Rightly or wrongly i am optimistic that this will happen. Finally someone has made proper contact ref CC for are IVA. After weeks of phone calls and emails Karol is reviewing are case. Will keep you all posted as to what happens.[:)]

I have been told by GT that if all goes well my Closure will go to the MVM stage of closure. Can someone tell me what this is please.

It does get better by the end, the start is alway long as you have no where to go for emergency money, and have to wait ages to get anything. Keep at it it will soon fly by

I would strongly advise against anyone going with GT for a IVA, They are all happy to take your money and you would get through really quickly. Then when you paid for 5 years with no gap and never broke any of the rules all you get is over 17 month chasing you CC so you can move on. They have had lo...
