i check the reference agencies regularly. credit expert is great apart from the obvious reference to the IVA. experian however shows lots of adverse information.

registered 18/10/2010. last payment was in september, so guessing the credit files will update over the next month or so. i dont need to remortgage immediately. but would like to know my options.

I have just completed my IVA and i'm keen to move off the standard variable rate mortgage i have with santandar. has any one had any success with post iva mortgages. tons of rubbish on google.

whats the likely hood of getting a decent mortgage rate after iva has completed. i currently have a S.V.R 4.4% and could do with reducing it to get the mortgage paid off quicker

my IVA was due to end Oct 2015. there was a provision for a 10k equity release, as this was not achievable the iva is set to continue for a further 12 months at the normal amount of £2350 pcm. seems a little unfair as 10k would of settled it this year. unless i've not read the agreement correctly
