Would just like to say Thank you to everyone for replies and advice, I am sure I will continue with this forum on my IVA road, fingers crossed it works and I don't end up down another! (road that is)

Have been through it all and feeling a lot more reassured.
We have a realistic monthly budget, and a realistic proposal.

i am finding this all very frustrating and scary, we keep going between Br or IVA and the latter is more appealing ie get to keep car etc.
