finished my iva in march 2012 still waiting for completion certificate through payplan .been 7 months .fobbing me off with ppi claims backlog .how long do have to wait for completion certificate .then what happens when u receive it .

our iva is now completed .will i be able to sell my house without any worry it completyed on 25/march/2012

dont worry about equity clause .i got valuation on property and a copy of mortgage .couldnt get a mortgage .submitted these to my iva case officer .extended iva by 12 months no problem . best way after u take int consideration mortgage fees /term of mortgage /interest payments etc etc .hope this helps

go to money .co.uk there is a template letter to reclaim missold ppi .do it yourself no problem .dont pay greedy firms exthorbiant charges .

you ended up in an iva through credit/borrowing dont even think about credit .you managed without it throughout your iva .take heed and carry on as if you are still in your iva .mines finished also and i dont need your credit/cards anymore CASH IS KING

we too have been sent mail from equity in finance 4 days prior to our iva completion .after reading the blogs i will be sending this off to payplan for inspection .i thought something fishy was going on yours lloyd johnstone

i too have received this ppi from equity in finance .my iva finished 4 days ago .i certainately would nt be responding to this and will be returning it to payplan .i claimed ppi through one company successfully and the money just went to pay off any arreaers on my loan

got an unexpected letter from tax credits people saying i owe back money .dont agree with it .but what happens if they want it back .

we were in same boat .couldnt get a mortgage but had equity in house .got two quotes from lenders to confirm this and a valuation of property .had a meeting of creditors ans extended iva for another 12 months .in the end this was cheaper than remortgaging with all the costs associated with this i .e...

i have successfully claimed for missold ppi.it was through alliance /leicester on a bank loan .they say as i am in arrears on the loan .after taking out my iva .they said that they are going to use the money to firstly reduce the arrears and if anything leftover i will get it .arrears £3468 -ppi £...

dont try and claim until your iva is finished .just been told any money back goes to pay off any arrears first

be very careful about entering an iva.hidden smallprint ,equity release ,windfalls .watch very carefully .if i know what i know now wouldnt have gone 4 an iva .they are a ripoff
