I recently had a personal injury claim which I was allowed to keep, I did not have any loss of earnings which I believe was in my favour. Could this be an issue in your case Pollyann?

Hang in there Bex it will soon be over but my meeting was 10.45 and others who had meetings on the same day got their call well before me - I was frantic but all went well. What I am trying to say is it might take longer than you think for the call but it will come. Good luck x
