Sending me an apology for making me go Insolvent because of inappropriate charges / interest and fees, 1 year af...

I have my completion certificate and I thought this was a distant memory. Today I received 2 letters from Lloyds regarding closed accounts (1 ...

:D had the variation meeting today, and the full and final payment was accepted by the creditors. Such a relief, almost there, I was told to expect a closure pack within 2 weeks? What's one of them? Anyhow we are just about through the long dark tunnel that seemed endless at times, but boy are we gl...

Thanks for your help. Yea suppose your right, the change in circumstance is problem really, and yes I should await the IP approval before I do anything. Think I will just not bother, and let this opportunity pass to be honest. Going from past experiance, my IP is always too busy, and I will probably...

Last year I was auto enrolled into a pension by my employer. Only 1% of my net pay and this was shown on my pay slips, during the annual review without any comment from the IP. I was wondering what is deemed an acceptable amount of someone's net wages to be paid into a pension whilst in a IVA. 5% 10...

Thanks guys, for your help. Until now, after doing some research, I never understood the scale of PPI claims. I had always hung up the phone. Allay are charging a 39% fee. it is written they will not charge if 'offset' redress is made. Even though the service seems rubbish, I suppose your right i should just go with the flow and let them identify if there are any valid claims, maybe I am just worrying about nothing. I still feel as if I a...

Creditfix have nominated Allay Claims Ltd. to handle PPI claims. Bad customer service and excessive T's&C's make me think I might prefer another PPI claims company. I suppose 2 questions. 1) Do I have to go with Allay Claims Ltd. for PPI Claims? .... Creditfix told me they would call within a 72 hou...

I hope i don't have to receive inheritance in the near future but you never know what's going to happen. This has got me thinking, the IP fees and payments are not insignificant.
