run a credit report on yourself, if it shows up declare it, if not then up to you... (but I would) as I have previously banged on about on here get a sainsburys bank savings acc, its a savings acc and you are allowed (and encouraged to get) them.. other folks can pay in at any check out and you can ...

I finish paying my iva in July but I'm struggling this month and need a hundred pound to get through the month. There is no one I can borrow off. I've never missed a payment. Would getting a pay day loan now affect my iva/ credit? so your IVA is finished and you have run out of cash? you need to re...

Excellent tips from Doritos --- I would add though that, sometimes, bigger isn't always cheaper. My lad loves cheesestrings ... can't remember the prices, but al illustrative example. My local supermarket has these in packs of 12 for £3.75 ... they also sell them in packs of 4 for £1, so you get th...

here is how to drop to "emergency mode", also known as "I fancy a holiday this year and want to go somewhere nice" Open all your kitchen cupboards, take a good look at what you have, work out what can go with what and plan that out (here is the kicker though, it might not be nice meals, but food is ...

Ok, as mentioned before I am an advocate of sneaky savings accounts as there is nothing wrong with this and you hold all the cards and not much can go wrong with them (even if you are diverting food budget funds into it via Sainsburys saveback or similar), you have budgeted for it, the IP has signed...

The question to my mind is where are the funds coming from?

Sainsburys bank (opened after the IVA is setup, they never ask, you never tell simple..) then use saveback at the checkout and the savings look like food bills.. Undetectable, especially if you open it on the day AFTER review, as no one reviews a full year (you need to drop in a quid to open it IIRC...

Ok, stick with the IVA (I personally hated every minute of mine, but its done and I can move on)

Now on the overtime front, you are self employed right, so get your accountant to make the figures what you need to keep the cash, that's what you are paying them for, and that's above board as well.

Ok. here is what *may* have happened.. the banks have sold the debts on, so to them at a casual glance on their systems it will say the account is closed and settled out, hopefully the bank manager will be able to confirm this is the case. Speak to creditfix as well (also remember if you don;t get a...

I have screengrabs of your supplier screwing up their SSL (Took them a few days to get that sorted out) , and that's IT security 101, if they can't get that right, then sorry.. not gonna trust them. Its a nice idea, but sorry, it needs to be better, and screen scraping is very old fashioned, surely ...

ok, let the IVA get setup as its all about rules (which are there for bending), I'll elaborate in a sec.. Its important that the IVA is running, as once its running they don;t ask about bank accounts, and there is nothing to stop you from setting up a new savings account, as its universally agreed t...

I can see the access thing growing, and soon it will become a thing that they can insist on, as it will make the IP's life easier they just get a report saying yes they are behaving / no they aren't as they can see into your account via a 3rd party.. It will also become the norm when applying for lo...
