but still get letters from SCM solicitors, who cannot be contacted by phone fax or email!!!!!

yesterdays phonecall was a stand off, we said we had no invoice, they said they had sent one, and as we would not give information over the phone they "fair trade practice" said they would send one again!

over 3 years ago we let a company investigate PPI for us, they came up blank and did not win us any refund, last month our loan company said they had reviewed proceedures and we were owned money which once we agreed we were paid. Now the PPI investigating company have sent us a letter requesting pay...

anyone with First plus loans who paid PPI but were refunded the payments after 5 years, can now claim the interst back as First plus got it wrong and loaded all the loans with this
