I have built up debt to the tune of 70000, I have 100.000 equity in my property but can’t get remortgage because of debts any answers

I have been told I will receive 10500ppi refund from lloyds this is going straight to gt as well as 800last month from Barclay card .i had my cc almost 2years ago it seems like the Iva. will always carry on .iva is not worth the paper it's written on.i paid nearly 15000 into my I a when it was live

I finished my iva with grant Thornton and received my cc in January 2014 today I had a letter to say I was owed 750 ppi refund to I get this money to keep or will grant Thornton keep it thank you Kevin

my credit rating is showing good on experian i went to get a car but got turned down why is this

hi i finished my iva in nov 2012 .marlin financial took over a northrn rock debt which was included in the iva they have now put a default on experian credit checks .i have written and emailed marlin with no response .experian has emailed them with no response where do i go with this to get it taken...
