I made my last payment in Oct 2012 and am still waiting for my Completion Certificate through a company called Kingsgate. It seems a different story when these companies want money but when we want what is due to us they drag their heels!!

My last payment was October 2012 and was told by Kingsgate that it would officially start wrapping up end of Jan and should have my completion statement by end of March - Guess What - not had it.
