My IVA started in 2010band was removed from file in 2016.

Now in 2019/2020 do you think I will have issue getting a mortgage with a normal high Street lender?

I appreciate that I should speak to a specialist broker, but just after the opinion of people with similar experience

If I wanted to apply for a new form of credit from a creditor I previously had in my IVA (completed in 2015 and removed from file in 2016), will they still have this record in their system?

Hi,
Should it be possible to get a current account from my bank once all my defaults drop off my credit report, which should be in May 16?

Hi. I still have defaults showing on my credit files 9 months after I got my completion certificate.

Who do I need to contact to get these changed to 'settled'?

Hi, I understood that if for example I had a balance of £5000 with a company at the start of the IVA, the who £5000 entry would be removed after completion (6 years). I am being told now that this is removed gradually, so it would not actually be completely removed until 6 years from the final payme...

Hi, I completed my IVA in June 15, so 5 months until it should be off my record. I currently have a Vanquis credit card which started with a £500 limit. I use it regularly and always pay it off at the end of each month. My limit has recently been increased to £1000. Does anyone know when I should be...

Hi,
When should I be able to apply for a credit card (probably Vanquis)?

I am just looking for a low limit card to improve my credit score.

I have my CC.
I am still on the insolvency register
My IVA should still be on my file until May 2016

Hi, I would like to say a big thank you to Freeman Jones, but especially Spencer Last. Two weeks ago my IVA was sent away for it's final review. My IVA couldn't have gone smoother thanks to both my dedication and the staff at Freeman Jones. However, I was disappointed that Freeman Jones said it coul...

Is it possible to speed up a CC?

I am being told Freeman Jones takes 4 months.

They said my file has been sent away, but I should expect to wait up to 4 months as it is in a queue

I have made my final payment and payments are up to date.

File gone for final review on 2nd June.

How long do you think Freeman Jones should take to provide certificate?
