Does the RX1 restriction last the duration of the iva?.If the IP or IVA company changes,do the new people have to reapply for the RX1.

Have any ex Simple Debt Solutions clients (now with creditfix)got any feedback.Good or Bad.I have not had any contact since getting told they were taking over SDS.

Morning,I am at month 58 in my iva.At month 54 all paperwork for equity release(valuations and mortgage refusal)sent to IP.Company then transferred to new IVA Co.Will i have to chase up the account or do i wait until they contact me.

iva in week 54.waiting for house valuation and then try to get mortgage quotes.

if equity can be released by re mortgage but partner does not agree(because their share of equity is lower than at present)where do we go from there

How is equity release worked out if you have a joint mortgage.

If equity is available,do you have to release the full amount or remortgage to the A dividend figure or B the total original debt

endowment payment is a sub account of main mortgage account,s0 i assume it is.How can i find out if it is linked (started 1988 on 1st mortgage?

The original mortgage was repayment only (covered by endowment).When informed that there would be a shortfall we changed to part repayment but retained smaller amount of endowment.On I/E added cost to mortgage payment ie £870+ £53= £972,but did not itemise the two.

The only mention of mortgage was equity release in month 54.Endowment matures July 2013.repayment element of mortgage due Feb 2014.Should i settle that payment as soon as endowment matures.There does not appear to be any early payment penalty and it means there will be equity in the property.

My mortgage is part repayment part endowment.The endowment element will mature during the course of iva.Will the money be used to pay the mortgage or will it go into iva.
