Thank you we have now spoken to nationwide and wasn't an outright, we have a meeting booked with local branch next week to see if they can do anything.

Thanks for your reply. Will I need to let the IVA company know if it has been settled and completion certificate received nearly 2 yrs ago?
Maybe worth having a discussion with nationwide.

Hi
My mum and dad wish to settle our iva. We have 32 payments of £158 = £5056 left to pay and no equity in house. They have offered £4700 to finish iva. Do you think this would be an acceptable offer.

A few weeks ago i received confirmation payments to remain same £158 pm. just received annual report with I&E stating surplus £198 most figures are different to what i told them including income. in the body of text in report it states payments to remain same. is this usual, im a bit confused.
