Call them and tell them you do not have the funds available to post them the information. Ask them to forward you a couple of pre-paid envelopes to enable you to get the information to them.

Could it be that the 82p is based upon current figures including equity release at the end of the 5 years? If so you may find that you cannot get a re-mortgage in the final year so will then do an additional 12 months payments in lieu of the equity which could substantially reduce the amount availab...

it would be increasing your existing mortgage to raise the funds as detailed in your IVA proposal to a maximum of 85% LTV

As you have no commonality (joint debts, children etc) he has not benefitted from the debt so this could be treated as a 'flat-share' and everything split 50/50 without having to declare his income.

What is your level of debt and your disposable income? How many creditors do you have? Do you own a property and if so do you have any equity in it? These would need to be answered to be able to give advice.

How much are your debts? If they are less than £15,000 and you have no assets then you could apply through your local CAB office to do a Debt Relief Order (DRO) this only costs £90 and wipes out your debt. If you have more than £15,000 then you could look at bankruptcy
