Well that day has finally arrived! I called Aperture yesterday to pursue the Closure of the IVA, spoke to a lady who tapped away on the keyboard, and said "Sir your IVA was closed on the 13th January, i shall have you're certificate posted out to you ASAP! Very well done, and we wish you all the ver...

Hello everyone!
Just a quick one regarding completion certificates. The completion date on the cert, is it the date that the IVA started passing through closures (Or there abouts) or the date that the cert was drafted and sent out?

Hi Kaza This all sounds so familiar! I'm very much in the same position as yourself with regards to my IVA. Last payment made in August, Then complications with a variation that was only noticed at the Closure period! Spoken to various members of staff there, again the same, very hit and miss! I've ...

Well good news today! Called Aperture to ask them about the outcome of the variation meeting yesterday, Aperture and Max Recovery have resolved the issues and agreed a variation between them, at no extra costs or terms against myself, so my account has been forwarded to the Closures team! A fantasti...

Surprise Surprise! got home to an envelope full of forms regarding PPI last night, regardless of doing this in 2012 with Claimsbroker on their behalf, they now want another company to do it. What a time to start going through this caper, 5 months after final payment! I did speak to them regarding th...

Hi People I've been just going through some of my papers regarding my IVA, having a bit of a tidy up etc. Just having a look at my most recent Protocol Compliant Report down the list of creditor, most of the debts are to Max Recovery. They acquired them quite some time ago. Two things really- 1- At ...

Hi Lisa Thanks for the response. I had a glance through my original paperwork which was drafted by Blair Endersby back in 2009 to see if there were any comments regarding a minimum dividend and couldn't see anything, not to say it may be hidden there somewhere. id assume the terms would remain the s...

Had a call back from GT regarding the email I sent back in October. Nice lady but not the sort of thing I wanted to hear :( It still sounded quite complex, but in a nutshell, creditor(s)have put in claims that total a £10000.00 shortfall!! This was discovered when the file went to closures! I've now...

Thanks guys. It all does seem very odd, but getting a straight answer from GT regarding the issue is like pulling teeth. To Date, I've still not received a response to my initial email, only the confirmation of receiving it. I've had my reviews every 6 months, with letters back stating that its all ...
