After waiting forever to get my CC, the 1st one arrived not signed by the IP so they sent me put another one which my puppy got hold before I did. Its a bit chewed on the edges, so should I ask for a 3rd one or can I keep the 2 together and if needed use them together.

I have received a letter today, 15 months after I made my last payment, telling to fill in yet another form so they can chase up any outstanding PPI.Surely this should have been dealt with before. Do I have to wait until I get my CC before debts show as clear, I am over the 6 years now, made my last payment in August 2013

I am coming to the end of my IVA, last payment made August 2013. I have had a letter asking for my incomings and outgoings, so they can issue my CC.
Do I show my "free" money the same as my IVA payments? Can they now say I have to pay more?

Thankyou Thats good to know, although I need to change providers as where I live I cannot get a reception so paying out for a contract I cant use, if push comes to shove I will have to get my partner to do it in his name, it's just I like to be independant
