Thanks for the replies. Sadly brother has no money. Now we will have to pay council tax on it whilst sitting empty too. Guess we'll have to sell.

Hello. My mother sadly died recently, I have been left a bungalow, with my brother, half each. My IVA has nothing to do with him. If he refuses to sell, what powers do my creditors have? If I tell them I want to sell, and pay them, but my brother is refusing what can they do ?
