We have sent a letter to our IVA company with our offer of a full and final settlement. The money is from an inheritance payout, however my husband is facing redundancy in the next couple of months and our IP has said that creditors may accept a lump sum as a full and final based on our circumstance...

Me and my husband are considering taking out a joint IVA as we both have our own seperate debts. Is this possible and also, we want to know who are the best company to go with that don't charge any upfront fees?
