we have been doing iva for 2 years come this october,we have no assets,my husband works but retires next april and we will both be on benefits,we pay 437mth at moment,are we best to go bankcrupt or can we have our iva considrably reduced when he retires,any help plz.

hi iam now a year into iva and its reveiw time,how do i know what my ip put down last year as expenditure to come to what my monthly payments are,can i ask them for a list of outgoings they put down to my creditors

ive phoned knightsbridge yet again and they are posting origanal proposals today,all ive got is how much to pay each mth,and on forms just says if income goes above 50% on wages,nothing about origanal i/e ect.

another call and theyn are sending today the original i/e,[|)]

does my ip have to give me a list of expenditure from when i took out iva and the sum of which they come to with creditors i have nothing to go by this year as to put in my reveiw

can someone tell me how an iva is excepted by creditors,im a newbie on here
