Well another 6 months on, have sent numerous emails to our ip who does not reply and answer our questions. Have always been polite in any form of contact with GT and our IP but I'm getting really peeved at them now. I am not really a complaining sort of person but think I am going to have to make an...

Thanks Melanie and Viperboyz. Ppi isn't mentioned at all in my terms and conditions and I had never even thought about it until now. As our creditors have agreed and we have paid a settlement figure 10 months ago, can Grant Thornton fail my iva at this point if I do not agree to them claiming the pp...

I'm not sure really! Firstly I would contact their customer services or internal complaints dept and see if that helps. I think one of the experts on here is from the company who dealt with your iva so maybe he might help. Hopefully someone will come along to give us both some advice soon.

I know what you mean Tallchris, it's a nightmare isn't it. There is no justification in them taking so long and causing undue stress and worry. As for the ppi, do you still have your original agreement with the terms & conditions and is there any mention of ppi? There is no mention of it in mine at ...

Hi kst101, thanks for replying. I hope you are one of the lucky ones & do manage to get your cc by the end of the month! I don't mind not getting a penny of the ppi myself, if there is any I just don't understand why the creditors can't just keep it, without wanting to claim it back just so they can...

Also, why have they passed our details on when we asked them not to? I don't know why they won't send our cc. They are now saying we won't get a cc until we let them claim our ppi. Surely, it is not in our creditors interest to claim our ppi, take, what I imagine would be a sizeable cut then give th...

Hi everyone, this is my first post. Hope somebody can offer advice. It has been almost 10 months now since our full and final payment offer was accepted and paid. We received a letter saying thank you and that cc would be with us within 6 months but still haven't received it. It seems to be because ...
