I have just opend up an account with Think banking , but I have just found out it is part of the RBS group but as I owe these money would it be wise for me to start using this ?

Thans what has happend to me , I'm with TSB and they have taken £120.00 to pay my Credit Card , I havent spoken to them about any difficulties with maoney at the moment , I didnt know this but I thought it was ileagal for them to take any money with out informing me ?

and out going of £1250 this leaves around £250.00

yeah , the car is on HP , I do use it to go to work , but I dont think it is over the 6-8 miles in distance , but public transport is terrible . thanks for the infomation

my partner wants to move in to ease with the payments on rent & utiliy bills , she only works 24 hrs a week so doesnt come out with a great deal at the end , would this be a good idea and how would it affect an IVA ?
