Also we both had an iva but we offered one amount and the dividends were shared out evenly so there should be no need to offer 2 amounts.

Hi, We have just completed having ofsted a f&f with aperture. We sent them everything at the same time, house valuation, letter from third party offering x amount and our income and expenditure. I'm not sure if it made a difference as they only looked at the I &e form first. We sent that in, they ar...

We keep getting letters from Slater Haywood too despite having signed then all twice! Mark Allen isn't on Apertures website so he may well have left recently. Maybe the slayer Haywood letters went out before he left, after all the banks are not known for their prompt service when it comes to ppi cla...

Hi All, Just can't quite believe it! Aperture emailed us our CC and final chairman's report today, f&f payment was 22/3/2016 and one final payment on 28/3/2016. They were slow setting it up but have been exceptionally fast at completing. Woohoo! We are so pleased Thank you for all of the advice you ...

Hi All,
After making contact in November regarding a F&f it has eventually been accepted! Just waiting for instructions on how and when to pay, then it's over.

Thank you so much for all of the wonderful advice and information you have given it has been invaluable.

We first made contact at the end of November, at that point we sent them a mortgage redemption certificate and a house valuation along with a letter from us and from the 3rd party and have a meeting on 10th March. So over 3 months for us.
Fingers crossed it's not so long for you.

Yes it probably does. We first made contact at the very end of November about a F & F and they have only just agreed on monday to put the offer forward so we don't even have a date yet. Some of the delays were finding info over the Christmas period so fingers crossed yours will be quicker. Good luck...

Hi Neil, The person my husband spoke to today has said the same thing. He has advised us not to go ahead with a full and final as the creditors will go through our I&E with a fine tooth comb and probably increase our payments as they say our allowances are over the maximum allowed. Not sure how this...

Hi all, We are having our house valued tomorrow in preparation for a full and final payment to be offered. We have an interlocking iva and a joint mortgage, looking through our paperwork we both have a line that says 'if your share of the equity is less than £5000....' we won't need to pay an extra ...

Hi All, My uncle has offered to gift us some money for a f&f payment. I am grateful beyond belief for his offer. What do I do now? Do I make an initial contact with my iva provider to let them know? Do I get the house valued and a mortgage redemption first? More importantly, what 'proof' does he nee...

Hi All, My husband lost his job 3 months ago, we contacted GT at the time who advised us to get in touch if we couldn't pay. We have struggled to pay since March so contacted them at the beginning of June to ask for help in the form of a break, they have emailed for confirmation of p45 & bank statem...

Hi, we have been in an IVA with GT for a year now, we signed our papers for EIC quite soon after the start of the IVA. This week we have had 3 letters from creditors regarding PPI (or lack of). I am so hoping that EIC have got their act together now but they should be concentrating on those people w...
