Just in from work....no email, so I've phoned - mines apparently gone through and been approved..not quite sure it's sunk in, feeling a bit stunned, but in a good way. Gutted for you Starbucks, but at least it's not a 'no'...hopefully this next week will pass quickly for you and we will both end up ...

I'm at work til 5, won't be able to check emails or take a call til I'm home so the afternoon will be nerve wracking! ...I've offered enough to cover 12mths equity, but as there is quite a bit of equity I'm still not sure that will swing it.

Got my paperwork from Creditfix for my F&F meeting on 22 May...it seems The Insolvency Exchange now own 80% of my debt - not sure if this is a good or bad thing?
Suppose my F&F will stand or fall on their decision *slightly nervous!!*

My iva reaches month 60 in June 2016. Unfortunately my mum is in the position where she needs on going care and assistance in her own home. I am considering selling my house to move in with her...I have equity in the property, and realise I still owe the full amount to my iva, which will be covered ...

If only...it seems more companies are trying to push people into a secured loan when a re-mortgage is unobtainable, and saying that because these funds would be available via a secured loan then the extra 12mths is not an alternative option....but the secured loan payment should be no more than 50% ...

SFA - did paypal accept your own house valuations, or did they get their own done too?
