Everything, Credit card over draft. Not that I want either. Plus £100 for joining them. Why can't M&S thats why I think they are wrong and fibbed in their letters they sent me.

Thanks, Ive checked all the CR it is very clean. Experian, Equifax and Call Credfit. I have a Bank account with First Direct. I was trying to get the £100 off M&S for their new Bank account. I just think you should not be penalised once you have completed your 5 years IVA and 6 years on your Credit ...

As said as long as you have completed the 6 years then they should not be there. It was a mine field for me too. Be very careful in saying that if your IP knew you had more money than paying back your debt or shares then they will have it!!!!! I got a bonus one xmas and when I had my revue I had to pay it all back. Free of Debt. Good luck.

Totally agree to unto my neck. Stay away from his finances I wouldn't even mention the move in??? It is hard but its the best way if your in a lot of debt?? Noodle is part of Callcredit and free. However only updates each month. Why don't you pay for a couple of months for experian first month free and Equifax. Thats what I did. Keep checking them. With mine they put defaults on after my 6 year was up. I paid for experian for a couple of months and Equifax well worth it and complain if there is something on there to the company. I got a total of over £300 form Santander and £190 from Halifax. Just got a mobile phone for my lads birthday. The chap said we have to do a credit check. Reply no problems. One happy boy in Oct for his birthday. I can't say how much relief it is.
