UPDATE: remortgage applications unsuccessful.

Just advising the IVA and awaiting their instruction.

Can’t wait to be out of this, I have been so stressed. :cry:

Thanks, I am just concerned that won't be the case :-/

I've just been in touch with my current mortgage provider and they do not offer further lending. any recommendations on other companies, or anyone online is sufficient is it? or do I go via high street lenders?

I've received confirmation of additional income for this financial year, and will be in receipt of an extra £158 per month from tax credits due to reduction in income as currently on maternity leave. yes gave updated ones to IP. figures now have to be resent as part of an annual review with evidence of bank statements etc. so will be looking where I can make any savings. figures were different to above. thanks Lisa. I did provide my IP with the update expenditure which reflected costs of the new baby but showed a minus value and no contribution being able to be paid towards the IVA.
