I have a co-op cash minder account and had no issue with opening this whilst in an IVA. I have had no issue with them throughout the process and have found their online services second to none.
I guess things have changed somewhat over the last 7 years ....

Rang Lloyds today and they have advised that since the IVA settled the loan in 2010 I am entitled to the full refund it was a clerical error and they had not updated the loan as settled when my IVA finished
