I have been given 14 days to send any statutory of interest information to them but I would have thought they would have all that information already I will ring them tomorrow and see what they say.

I am also with Grant Thornton/Aperture and I have finally recieved a cheque for £271.87 from the statutory of interest from them.

I have just spoken to grant thornton/aperture and they said I will get a cheque to put in my bank in a few weeks time as they are waiting for my final ppi cheque to be sent to them from barclays which should be with them within 4 weeks from now.

Have a look on the ask the experts section on here theres a list of experts on there the very last name on there is laura.harrop shes from debt free direct email her and find out when you will get your certificate and let me know how you get on she might even see this post and she will ask you email...

Hi stevrdr40 I am also with grant thornton/aperture and I am having problems with them as well you need to call and speak to them first and explain your situation and see what they say I have to speak to them myself tomorrow.

Hi Davedn9 which company are you with, it can 6 months or less or in my case it took a year and nearly 3 months to get my certificate some are even waiting longer than this I had to complain to get my certificate and within a month I received it. I hope you get your certificate soon.

The problem is they are taking too long to sort it all out its taken them nearly 4 years to sort out my ppi and now I may have to wait even longer.
