Just a thought Neil...you have not included the costs of the IVA and Fees to your IP within your figures... Hi Marc, I was of a similar mind as hope to complete my IVA within the first 12 Months of IVA from the equity released from sale of my house. However, an IVA is essential as a mechanism to control your costs getting worse and beyond your control before you end up with bankruptcy as the only viable a...

It only costs £2 to check your own credit data/records so just try one of the one's mentioned above and you'll have the info you wanted. I would then send each a copy of your Letter of Completion (you don't actually get a Certificate awarded) and then pay £2 again to each of the three Credit Check A...

Many thanks Michael & EMS, As you say, it all depends upon my IP (Varden Nuttall) and Creditors to which I have already contacted them this week but my contact is on holiday until Monday, hence the ask online to help me 'think this through'. I cannot see my Creditors accepting the £27,625 as a F&F p...

Hi Robert, Your bank is your private personal account to which is safe from unauthorised disclosure however, your IVA/IP(Insolvency Practitioner) will/can ask for copies of your bank statements and so this money would be traceable and so should be disclosed to your IP under the IVA. However, you sho...
