Hi, I highly recommend Zebra Money. I used them to find me a mortgage after my IVA ended and I cannot thank them enough - my life has moved on from the IVA thanks to their expert advice. I never thought I would have a mortgage but there really is life after an IVA. Good luck for the future!

Thanks both for the comments/replies.

Lisa - it is reassuring to know that I do not have to sign these forms and I have made the decision not to and and request they stop processing my personal data.

Many thanks, Ryan.

My IVA ended in Nov 2011 and certificate received in June 2013 (the delay was caused by ongoing PPI claims by CMC). At the time, I advised CMC and Grant Thornton that I never ever had PPI. I now have received a letter from Slater Hayward Law to say that they are auditing the PPI claims and need my c...

Hi All, I am looking for a mortgage in a couple of months I have 10% deposit. I am aware there are mortgage advisors on this forum that are able to search for mortgages for people that have been in an IVA in the past. But if I went to my bank or another high street lender and didn't offer them infor...

Hi Katie, I was able to. I explained to the letting agent that I was in an IVA, he checked with the landlord and because I was in full-time employment and had good references, the landlord and letting agency were happy for me to rent. In fact, when I left the property the landlord said, "it's been a...

I have cleared up my credit files as I want to apply for a mortgage as a first time buyer, hopefully around March time next year. Hi All, just clearing up my credit files after receiving CC. I have sorted Noodle, so as they are part of Call Credit do I still need to get a report from Call Credit?
