Well what do you know! it only goes to show that if you want 3 opinions ask 2 experts. .......Turns out the Supervisor kinda agrees with me........ he says "The PPI was not part of the IVA proposal, the after- acquired property aspect has expired"..... I can keep the money. So now i just have to get...

Thanks - i'm not missing the point. But probably i'm still wrong. I'm not saying the PPI was a non realised asset or just dormant during the PPI so now it's ok - we tried to obtain it at that time it was worthless. What i am saying is that the authorities said it was worthless during the IVA and tha...

i'm just struggling with the logic (as well as seeing £10k disappear - it certainly felt like a windfall) You seem to be saying that i am never free of the IVA? until 100% paid This was not an "asset" during the lifetime of the IVA it has become one after the event. What if i now get a payrise? do w...

Ty - but that's it - no room whatsoever? Is it not a windfall with 50/50?
How much reasonably can the supervisor cream off?

From my experience the whole process is a total waste of time, physical and emotional effort. First you have to follow the process that is basically designed to prevent you from complaining anyway 1. You complain direct - obviously a waste of time - in my case the answer even came for the person i w...

So now comes the formal reply of course. Mainly BS about admin procedures we have to go through blah blah - also point out that they have 6 months to complete this process ! (Is this true?) but the main problem they say is an "unforseen delay" ... get this ..... "one of the creditors has failed to c...

of course no answer from the Supervisor or indeed the other senior partner or administrator also addressed on the email.
So... As advised here i now send in a formal complaint - its all totally pointless but what else can I do.
Last payment made June 2017 - now 04/10 and counting.

Thanks I will if i get no joy from the Supervisor directly today, but frankly I have little faith in this - I even complained though the "independent" official process on another more serious matter - and just got fobbed off. It's self policing and "jobs for the boys" at it's worst. There is a code ...

I was also required to issue a notice to prove to the creditors which haven’t yet submitted claims. This...

The company is HJS Solutions. Add this to a long list of reasons i would have not to employ them.

Far too much info about this process is not available to the uneducated/inexperienced and desperate buyer - no doubt most of us first timers .
