Wow Kazza mine seems a lot less complicated than that. i appreciate you telling me though just so i can get some idea. with mine they are expecting 19p in the £ back but with the offer i have made they would get 16p in the £ i just hope they all say yes so i can be done with it.

Yeah looking at the figures they would be mad to go for bankruptcy!! Kazza i see you have finished yours now brilliant! was there any issues with your offer? and how close to the money they expected back was it if you don't mind me asking?

I've only sent the letters from myself to them I've not had anything to sign yet i was told i will get something once the variation team have gone over it.

Hi Guys,

Just to let you all know I've had a response today saying the supervisor has authorized the meeting to offer the lump sum and that the information has been passed over to the variations team in case they need any more info. what kind of info would they be looking for?

Another option could be Santander, co op closed my account but this was my own fault. I applied to Santander while in the iva and they had no issues accepting me.

I have sent the letter from my dad and myself through to them today and he said the supervisor would look at this next week and then send it to the variations team and thats when he stated 3 months. i suppose the only thing i can do is keep chasing them on it.

Hi again, So i have jut come off the phone to my IP and he has informed me what i need to put in writing etc it all seems as straight forward as everyone has mentioned above, he also mentioned it would be 3 months. Is it worth stating in the letter that if the offer is rejected then the funds will be no longer available and the iva will continue as normal?

Ok brilliant, i'm going to go in with a lower offer i think and then any payments made over the next couple of months won't matter to much, and thanks for the letter template it gives me something to think about.
