If my IVA fails and my supervisor pushes for bankruptcy, can I stop this by paying all debts in full ?

I am wondering how full and final settlements work - I am just into year 3 of IVA I owed £28000 and monthly payment is £165. How much is reasonable to offer and would this this have to include fees ? I'm In a shared ownership property with equity and am going go ask the HOUSING ASSOCIATION to buy ...

Bankruptcy is my main concern I can't lose my home .
Two kids , on my own. One child disabled.
It was just one thing after a run of bad luck mainly mainly car and washing machine etc . I am very foolish

I wondered how likely it was that they would pursue this route ? The shared ownership house I am in has about 28K equity. ? obviously the fees would have to come out of that etc m I just need to know bankruptcy isn't an option option before I speak to IP. So stressed and worried

Have had a chat with OP but been very very vague they have said it would be the SUPERVISOR that could push for bankruptcy in the event of a breach. Also supervisor can do this if the iva fails
So now I am more worried! Any thoughts?

i think its the bankruptcy thing that scares me the most

i am just going into the third year in november.
i wasnt aware that i could fail it by myself?

they are payday loans charging extortionate amounts of interest i would need a long time to pay off whats owed. i doubt the interest would stop either.

im not managing to pay them thats the thing im in a right pickle and i have a doorstep loan (provident) that i cant keep up the payments on either.
i am with Bridgestones they have been brilliant so far im just scared and also really cross with my self

I have around £30000 equity in a shared ownership property joint owned with housing association. the debt figure in the iva was £28000 and the additional debt is £6000. my worry is that they will push for it and i will lose my home. on the plus side i have an extra income in thye form of child maint...

can any of the experts on here tell me what the likelihood is of creditors making me bankrupt following a breach of iva? The breach for taking out more credit during an iva :( i just want to know the likelihood of this happening or would they consider an esxtension? i havnt spoken to my IP yet i wan...

yes have accrued additional debts am so worried my iva will fail and i will be made bankrupt
