Just send copies of everything you have that alludes to the IVA being complete, maybe? Its such a relief when you finally look at the register and your name is not on there! Good luck.

Yes contact insolvency service, I emailed them a copy of my completion letter and my name was off the register within 2 days.

This is what bothers me. I was "sold" on the idea of an IVA to the fact that once paid off, your obligations would be over and you can rebuild your life. It seems it just hangs over you as long as the IVA company think they can drag some money out.

Thank you :)Honestly, I have no qualm with money, debt and credit, they were very good to me, and helped me loads. I just took it as I was desperate and advised by a Lloyds bank manager (Gee thanks!). I really wanted to honour as much of my debts as possible but the interest was killing me and ended...
