I was in a iva which concluded in august last year .I had a redress letter from a previous creditor stating I was due a sum of money but they won't be paying me as it has come of my previous account which I had from them although my account was settled in a iva is this correct

Why has my name appeared after being taken the insolvency register when I completed my iva

The last review was done in October 2014.Nothing more after that

We were with beesleys and then to creditfix last payment went out of bank on august 1st 2015 we have today 22nd august received our completion certificates Well done creditfix

I was with beesleys who were sold to creditfix on their first letter which I did not sign the variation they said they would be in touch within 2 weeks 8 weeks down the line still no contact are other people in the same position as me

I had a health issue I had just sent my annual review in. when everything was returned beesleys told me they could make a ruduction owning to the extra cost I was incurring

My son has offered to make my last 4 payments in my iva is it worth putting in for full and final settlement

My IP reduced my payments for the last 10 months of my iva will I have to make the amount up at the end
