Thanks, found me.. sighs..

its fact it says can remain on register 3 months after notification thats gonna be a complete kick in the teeth on top of everything else if i get turned down for a mortgage or something due to this iva companies inability to complete on time :(

Thanks for the quick replies.. My payments all gone thru and in the `pot` as they put it.. its one of my creditors they saying they been trying to pay but its come back as not picked up or something.. They keep fobbing me off saying they're trying again and it takes a month to update so call back in...

thats very interesting as i was explicitly told to shut down everything!! how can a system designed be SO different depending on the individuals you go with.. that to me is just very wrong

erm well every time i've done my finances and told them i can afford X, they've come back demanding more then this and i've had to make huge changes to accommodate them.. so not really that confident in anything until they come back with my final review.. so its just a case of really bad timing for ...
