Just a heads up here. Although I didn't have Santander as one of my creditors (initially), clearly one of the banks they bought WERE one of my creditors, and as such, Santander now appears as one of my creditors on my now completed IVA. Grant Thornton have told me that the creditors should individually do it in "due course" (4 - 5 weeks), and that...

Ha ha. TBH, the one thing I have missed is something to fall back on in an emergency. Thats what my card is, but same as you, I've had to crowbar it out of my wallet the one time I used it so far, and then went onto the site 2 days later and paid the full amount straight off

Hmm ok, not really sure what simple interest means, but I'll contact them and see what they say.

So are you saying you retain the other 60% of the simple interest towards your fee?

No problems. I have a feeling my complaint to that email address spurred them into action, because I contacted them on Tuesday and got my completion certificate emailed to me today. Sadly, it's not the gold embossed piece of correspondence I was hoping for to mark this momumental occasion, but rathe...

Michael, you may be able to help. Re PPI, I was told that although the bulk of any PPI payments would actually be paid into my IVA, I would be due any interest accrued. How does that actually work, what is the interest calculation, who do I chase for that (because I know for a fact that Lloyds at le...
