We completed our IVA via full and final settlement in December 2008. It started in July 2005. Can you tell me please when the information will be or can be removed from our credit history. (Need to change our mortgage).

Yes I think we may be able to offer 17k but that would be the most. There is a letter of refusal in the post from my IP - do you suggest I then reply with a letter insisting they put our offer forward to our creditors?

Melanie We are gutted. Offered 15k to our IP last week and they say no, minimum they would probably accept is 21k - I have to ask this but could they be pulling a fast one? Thank you for the advice but with house's not moving at the moment I really do feel the need to try and sort something sooner rather than later and surely it would be imposible to get a new mortgage with the IVA against us and no deposit?

Is that 30k offer on final settlement, if so we definately have this in our property but like you previously advised would we struggle to find a lender?

380 set repayment - 430 now because of the two missed payments.
