I submit my P60 at every Annual review - what does my IP use it for?
My review is usually in January so my P60 is 10 months old by the time I have to send it so doesn't reflect my current year's earnings?!

We have an ongoing claim with our Household Insurance company which should be concluded soon - do I have to declare any payout to my IP or are we able to keep it all to replace the items that we lost?

Thanks - I will ask nearer the time Michael.
Clare, the local Estate Agents do free valuations but obviously they want to 'maximise' their income from a sale whereas a 'mortgage' valuation is done with the aim of protecting the lender's 'investment'.

When the Equity clause kicks in in month 66 my IP has said that an Estate Agents valuation is all I need to get but is an Estate Agent likely to put a higher value on the house than a survey for mortgage purposes - I'm worried that an Estate Agent will 'over value' it as their fees are linked to the...

I am specifically talking about overtime (we haven't had a pay rise in 3 years!). My payments are set based on an income of £1150 per month but my basic net pay is £950 so if I paid over 50% of overtime as & when I received it there could be some months where I don't earn enough to make my IVA payme...

Thanks - it's slightly strange in the fact that when my payments were set at the original Creditors meeting my net income was calculated using overtime worked during the previous 12 months so I always have to earn an additional £200 per month in order to pick up the amount my payments are based on! ...

Hi, Thanks - yes it is a straight 50/50 split. The biggest problem is that I have never had a 'regular' monthly income, it always fluctuates so I'm not sure what is classed as my usual income amount! We have had a couple of big car repair/replacement bills this year so I worked extra hours to cover ...

Up to now my payments have remained the same after every review however this year I have been fortunate enough to work overtime - could someone give me an idea from these figures how the extra amount I will be expected to pay over will be calculated please (my agreement is to pay 50% of any addition...

I received PPI claim forms from my IP a while ago (probably 2 years?), I called the PPI company to advise that I had never taken PPI & couldn't remember all of my creditor info - they said not to worry, I should complete the form as much as possible & they would find out any other info required. I h...

Thanks - my Annual review is always completed with 'actual' expenses (that can be proven if necessary) rather than 'allowed' amounts.
We haven't struggled up to now but if my F&F off is rejected I am hoping to have a bit more spare money next year!
