Hi
I'm sure that my agreement has this re-mortgage option on it .
I'm worried about doing this but thought it was a must do thing .I was thinking that if I'm in an I.v.a I would be un able to get a re- mortgage anywhere . What are the chances of a bank letting me re-mortgage pease?

Hi all
wish I had seen this forum before I joined GT , I have about 5 years left and I'm sure that my property is linked in to my plan .I thought it was compulsory think is where do I stand legally now ?
Can I change it or will I have to re-mortgage my house ?
