Hello. I have finished my iva which started in April 2010, paid up. Off the insolvency list and iva has come off my credit listing. However one of the debtors who bought the original of one of the debts is still showing as a default. Not sure what to do now. Any advice please?

I am so excited. We started our joint IVA in 2010. Managed to pay off with PPI claim in December 2013. Got our completion certificate on Saturday! (11 weeks - is that a record?) We are finished!! It's been hard. I can get some saving in now. Good luck to everyone else.

We have already been told under new rules that unless the PPI is from one of my creditors (which this is not) then the monies are ours and do not have to go into pay the IVA creditors.
