I was GT too and paid FF in early Dec last year and its taken this long to get CC but it does happen so stick with it and chase chase chase! Thats what I did, I emailed every couple of weeks for an update and they were helpful in providing it. Remember, 'squeaky wheel gets the oil'

When I accepted a CA of 6 months, I was allowed to keep it as long as I could keep up my payments every month. It was 6 months and I was out of work for 9 months so the helpfulness of the IP helped as I was able to look for work as well as maintain my IVA with enough to live on until I found work. I...

Michael, does it apply to those like me who have finished their IVAs and waiting for CC? I had the same form from CCP for cards I had many years ago well before I even was in debt. We always made sure we had cover as it was always important to us.

With all the flooding in the Uk and more bad weather coming in, maybe a little advice for those who may be affected that are in an IVA with no home insurance or cover. I think after you've received your CC, anything you get after this is yours but I can't be sure. Maybe one of the experts can clarify this for you.

Am I the only one who thinks an IVA won't be worth the paper its written on soon? Its seems to me the new protocol is defeating the reasons why people may take out an IVA. Just hope people will consider the factor of debt against debt especially one that can take away your home if you fail! Watching...
