Ive been posting on other similar threads. I was with MDC who have passed their IVA files to GT. I have my completion paperwork but MDC didntsend it to the IR so I still have an IVA even though I have paperwork showing it ias complete. Keep an eye on this folks. Mine was completed April2012 with my notice of completion through in Sep2012. Im STILL on the IR and credit reference agencies. GT bought IVAs from MDC and are refusing to close a completed IVA so they can skim a commission from PPI claims that might take months more. Ive ...
