Ive been posting on other similar threads. I was with MDC who have passed their IVA files to GT. I have my completion paperwork but MDC didntsend it to the IR so I still have an IVA even though I have paperwork showing it ias complete. Have spoken with GT who acknowledge that my IVA is complete and ...

Id contact the IR directly. My IVA company did nothing except post a completion cert to me. More than a year later and Im still on the register.
