Hi Melaine, My job changed and the law said that I can not be involved in any financial arrnagement if I was then, I had to leave my job and then th eonly choice that I had was to go BR.

Hi crg, I have read on here before that banks have closed bank accts down when you enter into an iva, i would suggest that you use Alliance and leicetser or Nationwide as they seem really good. Good luck

Thanks for the suggestions, I have thought about changing my work,but I have done this for years and good at what I do, The original offer was the creditors getting 46p in the pound, now it looks like 40.5p in the pound as an early settlement

Hi we dont have good credit rating, but we are with teh Alliance and Leicester and with Nationwide, I think that you can do this on line, if you say that you dont want an overdraft they seem to be more lenient - Good luck

Thansk Tony has been really helpful, but we can not get the 75k that we need, so i was looking at trying to find out what else is out there. However I would also recommened Tony to anyone he is very helpful.
